SOH Comments on Triumphal Arch

“The Arch Belongs to the tradition of empires” is part a comment letter SOH provided to the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation. The letter provides examples of landscape-appropriate monuments and explains why this proposed monument in Arlington is inappropriate and not in compliance with federal law.
