Citizens rally to implore Governor to stop private luxury jet expansion
Groups of citizens have congregated at various sites in the towns of Concord, Bedford, Lexingtion, and Lincoln to express their concern with the planned expansion of private luxury jets at Hanscom Field.

According to the protesters, these efforts are to raise public awareness and appeal to the governor about the large and growing greenhouse gas emissions of private luxury jets, emissions which appear to conflict with the State Law requiring declining emissions in every sector of the economy.
The protesters are asking the governor to take the position that such emissions should not grow at Hanscom or any airport, and stop the giant private jet project at Hanscom Field, which appears to be the largest such project in the country.
